KEYS Special Education Teacher

The teacher will design and deliver individualized instruction aligned with virginia standards of learning and student iep goals, integrating the keys for a big life curriculum and social thinking framework. Responsibilities include managing a structured, trauma-Informed classroom, collecting and analyzing student data, and serving as the case manager for assigned students.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and an active virginia teaching license in special education, preferably with an endorsement in emotional disabilities or general curriculum k-12. Required skills include strong knowledge of special education law, behavioral strategies, data analysis, and proficiency with educational technology.
