Core responsibilities
The staff member will lead and assist participants in skill development, game play, and age-Appropriate activities while encouraging sportsmanship and teaching core values. Responsibilities also include assisting in creating lesson plans, monitoring the facility, organizing activities, and instructing youth on proper equipment use.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be a minimum of 15 years old, with preferred experience of six months or more in a related field, and possess knowledge in programming, activities, and sports. Candidates must also be willing to complete required online and in-Person training, including child abuse prevention, and pass background and reference checks.
