ACNP/PA - Hospital Medicine - Swing

This role involves working collaboratively with residents, fellows, attendings, and staff to manage hospital medicine patients, assuming responsibility for primary and urgent medical management and emergency stabilization of critically ill patients. Responsibilities also include teaching residents and medical students, staff development, patient education, and discharge planning under physician supervision.

Required education is a master’s degree in nursing for np or a bachelor’s degree/Graduation from an approved program for pa, along with state licensure, nccpa certification (For pa), and required certifications like bcls/Acls. No prior work experience is required, though 3 years of related experience is preferred.
