SS-Swim Instructor

Swim instructors are responsible for teaching swimming skills using the safesplash swim school curriculum in a fun and engaging manner, while ensuring continuous, positive feedback is provided to students and parents. They must also maintain swimmer safety at all times by following curriculum safety requirements and enforcing guidelines.

Candidates must obtain cpr/Aed and first aid for adult, child, and infant certification within 90 days and complete safesplash curriculum training within 30 days, though training is available for the certifications. Preferred requirements include prior swim experience, and the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably around water and with children for extended periods.
