Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Whitestown, IN

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One in-Home applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing prescribed behavior intervention plans under bcba supervision. Essential duties include supporting behavior management strategies, maintaining accurate data collection, and communicating daily progress with parents/Caregivers.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification and have a minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Familiarity with crisis management protocols is preferred, alongside strong organizational, communication, and ethical conduct skills.
