Behavioral Aide

The behavioral aide will be responsible for implementing established treatment plans, goals, and behavioral interventions set by the treatment team for children and teens. This role involves providing direct support services to children dealing with various emotional, behavioral, or health challenges in a community setting.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate’s degree in human services is preferred for this role. Candidates must have experience applying behavioral principles and possess strong professional communication skills, with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
