Youth Specialist

The youth specialist will provide daily care, coaching, supervision, and emotional support while building trusting relationships with residents in a structured, therapeutic environment. This involves helping create routines that nurture safety and independence and serving as a positive role model for teenage boys.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, reliable transportation, and a valid michigan driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Successful completion of mdhhs and state police clearances, along with a recent physical exam and negative tb test, are also mandatory qualifications.
