Core responsibilities
As a social worker/Case manager, you will provide therapeutic and case management services for youth up to age 16 in a residential juvenile justice program, helping them stabilize and grow using an evidence-Based treatment model. Key duties include advocating for the youth, guiding them through healing, and helping them build skills for stability and independence.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, or social work, along with relevant michigan licensure (Llpc/Lpc, llmsw/Lmsw, tllp/Llp). A minimum of two years of experience is required in assessment, cbt, trauma-Informed care, and related interventions, alongside successful completion of all background clearances.
