The instructor is responsible for providing individualized and group ESOL instruction to adults while developing curricula and academic materials. They will also conduct on-site activities, perform academic assessments, and collaborate with advisors to create student education plans.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and possess one to three years of teaching experience with adults or youth. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in TESOL, familiarity with MA Curriculum Frameworks, and certification in TABE or BEST Plus 2.0.
