Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, and maintaining required supervision levels.

Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, possess a high school degree, and have reliable transportation and a driver's license for client visits. Successful candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 35lbs and bending/Squatting.
