Core responsibilities
Conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans for clients aged 2 to 21. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, maintaining communication, receiving supervision, and accurately entering daily trial data.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to undergo a background check. A reliable car and driver's license are mandatory for commuting to client homes, and a high school degree is required.
