Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will deliver 1

1 direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising bcba to ensure high-Quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include supporting parent training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating with relevant parties to improve treatment plans.

Candidates should ideally possess registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably with at least one year in aba. A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred, along with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
