Hospice RN Admissions Nursing Preceptor (RN)

The preceptor acts as a teacher/Coach, expanding knowledge by sharing expertise and connecting theory with practice while also serving as a leader/Influencer exemplifying strategic focus pillars. Responsibilities include defining the preceptor-Preceptee relationship, assessing learning needs, developing orientation schedules, and providing objective evaluations of clinical performance.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting, and required hospice experience of at least 1 year. A bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license and current state licensure and cpr certification.
