Substitute Program Leader

Substitute program leaders will work directly with student groups, acting as a positive role model, coach, and mentor while providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity using provided curriculum. They must ensure student safety, maintain an orderly environment, support positive behavior choices, and communicate student needs to relevant staff and parents.

Candidates must have experience working with young children and the ability to inspire and motivate them, along with proof of high school graduation or ged, plus either 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units, or passing an instructional aide test. Applicants must also pass a live scan background check, provide a clear tb test, and pass advanced math and english skills testing.
