Indoor Swim Instructor or Lifeguard - Schertz

Swim instructors will train with mentors to teach weekly lessons for children aged 6 months to 12 years, focusing on building confidence and maintaining safety. Certified lifeguards will monitor pool activities, enforce rules, and respond quickly to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering cpr/Aed/First aid.

Swim instructors must be at least 16 years old, love working with kids, and be reliable and safety-Minded, though paid training is provided for those without prior experience. Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old and possess current lifeguard, cpr, aed, and first aid certifications, along with strong rescue skills.
