Pilates Instructor

Pilates instructors are responsible for supporting members and fostering strong client relationships by delivering personalized instruction across various session formats, including private (1:1) and semi-Private (3-6 participants). They must integrate all pilates apparatus into session programming, build clientele through exceptional service, and ensure a positive, educational, and supportive member experience aligned with the brand.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be comprehensively certified in pilates, trained in reformer, mat, tower/Cadillac, chair, and barrels, covering beginner to intermediate repertoire. A minimum of 1 year of pilates training experience is required, along with cpr and aed certification, while sales experience is preferred.
