Center-Based BCBA - Hybrid - $10,000 Retention Bonus

The bcba will develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism, while also providing direct supervision, support, and training to the behavioral technician team. Key duties include monitoring client progress, advocating for clients, and engaging in supportive family conversations regarding treatment.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold a current bcba license or be sitting for the exam within three months. Required qualifications include demonstrated skills in implementing aba with children with asd, ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments, and excellent communication skills.
