Direct Support Professional

The role involves enhancing the independence of individuals by assisting with daily and personal activities, such as teaching them to navigate housekeeping and laundry. Work is performed under the supervision of the house manager, involving observation and reporting.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, although no prior experience is required as paid training is provided. Experience in a home health aide or school setting working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
