Nursing Professional Development Specialist (Neonatal ICU-Part Time), West Penn Hospital

The specialist is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for assigned areas, including developing and evaluating educational programs and facilitating quality and performance improvement initiatives. They also serve as an educational consultant for leadership and staff on various clinical and professional development matters.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a master's degree in nursing or education, or equivalent experience as determined by the company, along with current pennsylvania or multi-State rn licensure. A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience and two years of education/Training experience are required, along with specific cpr certification and criminal background clearances.
