Professional Mentor - Chicago

The professional mentor will provide consistent, one-On-One time weekly to a caseload of eight children, building long-Term, trusting relationships with them and their families. Responsibilities include facilitating skill development, setting measurable goals, collaborating with school personnel, and maintaining accurate documentation of youth engagement.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience working or volunteering with children, preferably in under-Resourced communities, and must possess a reliable personal vehicle for transporting youth. A minimum three-Year commitment to the mentoring model is required, along with the ability to maintain first aid and cpr certifications.
