Core responsibilities
Therapeutic mentors will work directly with youth to provide therapeutic activities and support their treatment goals. They will also coordinate with treatment teams and maintain contact with clients and their families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and be bilingual in english and spanish. Prior experience with troubled youth is preferred, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of emr systems.
