Club leaders are responsible for ensuring a fun and positive learning environment for club participants, supporting groups of approximately 20 children while promoting physical and emotional safety and inclusivity. This role involves developing and leading age-Appropriate activities aligned with a whole-Child approach, monitoring engagement, building positive relationships, and collaborating on culminating events.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities, coupled with a minimum high school diploma or ged; an associate's degree in child development or a related field is preferred. Essential requirements include the ability to work well with k-12 students, good communication skills, computer literacy, and successfully passing assessments, live scan, tb clearance, and cpr certification.
