Classroom support personnel assists in creating and managing an attractive, warm, and challenging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and children. This includes incorporating developmentally appropriate early intervention, learning, and care activities that meet the needs of the group and individual children and families.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though early childhood training and experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain acceptable liability insurance, and pass pre-Employment physical, drug screen, tuberculosis test, and an osbi background check.
