Core responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing and facilitating the center's alcohol, drug, and tobacco prevention program, which includes educating and counseling students to reduce drug-Related separations. The counselor will also develop individualized case management plans to enhance student retention and success while administering the center's drug testing program.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted substance abuse license or certification meeting minimum state requirements for practice in pennsylvania. A degree from an accredited school and a minimum of one year of experience in drug/Alcohol counseling or a related field are preferred qualifications.
