CPP Advisor (61246)

The advisor is responsible for providing supervision, instruction, training, and support to students in the career preparation program, including developing individual achievement plans and evaluating progress for early retention and success. This role also involves comprehensive and individualized case management, establishing mentoring relationships, and providing personal and career counseling to ensure student progress and completion of the job corps program.

A minimum requirement for this position is an associate's degree from an accredited school, along with possessing a valid driver's license and meeting company insurability requirements. Responsibilities include following integrity guidelines, conducting effective classroom instruction, meeting performance goals, and providing guidance for students to successfully complete program requirements.
