Work Readiness Trainer

The role involves delivering structured work readiness training over six weeks, including pre- And post-Internship phases, and coordinating all logistics for a 150-Hour paid internship at integrated employer sites. This includes recruiting sites, arranging working papers, managing stipends, and serving as a liaison between students, families, schools, and dvr counselors.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human services, education, or psychology, along with a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include experience in case management, documentation, and possessing strong crisis-Management and problem-Solving skills.
