Direct Support Professional - 3rd Shift

The direct support professional will provide supervision, engagement, and mentorship to students in residential, educational, and community settings, assisting with daily living tasks like hygiene and meals. Key duties also involve modeling appropriate behaviors, teaching life skills, ensuring safety, and accurately documenting observations and incidents.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, be at least 21 years old, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Experience working with individuals with special needs, especially in residential or school settings, is preferred, alongside the ability to remain calm and awake during shifts.
