Behavioral Specialist

The specialist will build trusting relationships, conduct 1

1 behavioral and adl assessments, and develop, implement, and monitor tailored behavior support plans for individuals in the residential program. They will also guide and train staff on behavior support strategies and serve as a resource for families and staff.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a clinical or treatment field of social work or psychology, or hold a bcba, lba, or an nys license in mental health counseling. The role requires direct interaction and support within an opwdd-Funded residential program.
