Registered Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients delivering high-Quality, intensive, applied behavioral analysis (Aba) interventions under the supervision of board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). Responsibilities include completing necessary training, delivering 1:1 direct aba treatment, supporting parent training, collecting data, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
