Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Sign-on Bonus

The role involves delivering high-Quality, evidence-Based aba services to children aged 2–18, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients with approximately 28 billable hours per 40-Hour week. Responsibilities also include supervising and developing registered behavior technicians (Rbts), conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and ensuring ethical documentation.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification from the bacb and state licensure where required, with prior aba experience being beneficial, especially for new bcbas. Strong communication skills and a passion for ethical, client-Centered aba within a team environment are essential.
