Family Support Specialist - Parents as Teachers

This role involves providing personalized, home-Based support and guidance to teach parents about proper baby care, promote nurturing and attachment, and enhance effective parenting skills. Responsibilities also include educating parents on optimal health and development, encouraging positive parenting, and connecting families with essential community resources.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience working with children and families, along with a valid massachusetts driver's license. Bilingual fluency in spanish and english is preferred and may qualify candidates for a salary increase.
