Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Wyomissing Berkshire Heights- In Clinic/Hybrid

The role involves delivering high-Quality, evidence-Based aba services to children aged 2–18, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients with approximately 28 billable hours per week. Responsibilities also include supervising and developing up to 5 rbts, conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and ensuring ethical documentation.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification from the bacb and state licensure where required, with prior aba experience being beneficial. Strong communication skills and a passion for ethical, client-Centered aba within a team environment are essential.
