Responsibilities include maintaining line-Of-Sight supervision, promoting growth according to treatment plans, documenting incidents, using trauma informed interventions, and transporting youth when necessary.

Requirements summary

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, plus one of several alternatives such as a bachelor's degree in social sciences or child development, one year of relevant group home experience, lived experience in related systems, or 100 hours of mentoring/Coaching experience. Applicants must be 21 or older, pass background/Physical checks, possess a valid california driver's license, and communicate clearly in english.
