Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient

The physical therapist assistant will assist in evaluating patient capacities and limitations, and then guide patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction and manual therapy techniques. Responsibilities also include observing patients, reporting findings to the physical therapist, and communicating with the health team to coordinate treatment plans.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy assistant program. Unrestricted physical therapist assistant licensure to practice is required, and both experienced and newly licensed ptas are encouraged to apply.
