Responsibilities include maintaining line-Of-Sight supervision, promoting growth according to treatment plans, documenting incidents, and using trauma-Informed interventions.

Requirements summary

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, plus one of several alternative qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in social sciences/Child development, one year of relevant group home experience, lived experience in related systems, or 100 hours of youth mentorship experience. Candidates must be 21+, pass background/Physical checks, possess a valid california driver's license, and communicate clearly in english.
