Youth Support Professional

The professional will provide direct care and support to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living and implementing individualized care plans and protocols. Key duties include teaching life skills, implementing behavior plans, de-Escalation, data collection, and assisting with medication administration.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and hold a valid driver's license, along with the ability to pass a background check. Experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
