Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One aba therapy to pediatric clients aged 2–14, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by supervising board certified behavior analysts. Key duties include supporting skill development, collecting behavioral data, following safety plans, and collaborating with clinicians and caregivers.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include previous aba therapy experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks and lift up to 50 pounds.
