- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time clinic-based ABA therapy opportunity in Richmond, VA. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT who is passionate about helping children with autism build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy. - Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements: Candidates must have availability for the following schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Services are currently scheduled during these times; however, schedules are subject to change based on client needs, staffing needs, authorizations, cancellations, and operational considerations. Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
