Level 1 Provider /Behavior Technician / Behavior Therapist

The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the bcba, collecting and recording patient progress data, and building therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers. Team members must also collaborate with the bcba and ensure all interventions adhere to ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any field and be currently enrolled in or have completed a master's program in an approved discipline like applied behavior analysis, special education, or social work. Availability is required monday through friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, along with a passion for working with children.
