Behavior Therapist - Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the bcba, collecting and recording patient progress data, and building therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers. Team members must also collaborate with the bcba and ensure interventions adhere to ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree in any field, though a psychology degree is helpful, and prior rbt experience is beneficial but not required for entry-Level roles. Availability is required monday through friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, along with the physical ability to perform job tasks like standing and lifting up to 30 pounds.
