Family Support Worker - Elementary School

The primary purpose is to establish a trusted link between home and school by equipping parents with tools and strategies to ensure family stability and sustained student success. This involves collaborating with school staff to identify families needing support related to community resources, academics, and safety.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Candidates must possess 1 to 2 years of experience supporting families experiencing stress, crisis, or isolation, including providing emotional support and knowledge of neighborhood resources.
