Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned patients, while supervising and providing feedback to rbts to ensure adherence to clinical quality standards. Additionally, the role involves monitoring patient data to adjust treatment plans and partnering with caregivers to implement aba strategies at home.

Candidates must possess a master's degree with bacb-Approved aba coursework and hold or be eligible to obtain board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification within three months of taking the boards. Required experience includes working with children with autism and related disorders, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
