Nest Assistant Teacher

This role involves assisting in managing an infant classroom effectively by supporting learning through play and providing compassionate care for daily needs like feeding and diapering. The assistant teacher must also communicate professionally with parents and staff while adhering to the conscious discipline framework.

A preferred qualification includes an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field, and candidates must be willing to earn the nc early childhood credential if necessary. One year of experience with infants or toddlers is preferred, and all applicants must pass state and federal background checks.
