After School Program Aide

This role involves assisting in the overall after-School program by tutoring and mentoring youth in grades k-8 in core academic subjects and completing daily schoolwork. Essential duties also include leading recreational activities, assisting with meal preparation, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, or equivalent experience, with some college in a related field preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth in a tutoring capacity is preferred, along with the ability to multitask and resolve conflicts positively.
