A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, alongside four years of experience in a behavioral health environment. Candidates must obtain a public service license 'a' endorsement, medical administration certification, and crisis prevention certification within 90 days of hire, while maintaining a valid driver's license with a good record for a minimum of three consecutive years.
