Innovations Paraprofessional

The paraprofessional will work directly with an individual with i/Dd to help them achieve personal goals, focusing on increasing independence through instruction in daily living skills, socialization, and community engagement. Responsibilities also include detailed daily documentation of services provided, observations, and consumer progress.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or ged, capable of reading and following directions, and must possess a valid driver's license with three full years of driving experience and acceptable liability insurance. Candidates must also pass background checks and maintain current required agency training.
