Clinical Educator

This role supports the training and education of employees across assigned geographical areas by delivering standardized, competency-Based programs including new employee orientation and clinical training to promote quality patient care and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing personnel skills in all chronic kidney disease treatment programs, empowering lifelong learning, and collaborating with partners to schedule and implement educational processes.

Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing, along with current rn state licensure in the primary state of residence, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of one year of dialysis experience as a registered nurse is required, or attainment of cdn/Cnn certification within 18 months, alongside maintaining cpr bls certification.
