Clinical Educator

This role supports the training and education of employees in company facilities within an assigned geographical area by delivering standardized, competency-Based development programs. Responsibilities include facilitating world-Class dialysis training, ensuring quality patient care, and achieving organizational goals through staff development and adherence to clinical standards.

Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing and hold current rn state licensure, along with a minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience as a registered nurse. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (Bsn or msn) and relevant certifications like cdn or cnn.
