Behavior Technician BT Work With Children

Behavior technicians implement treatment plans by engaging children on the autism spectrum in fun activities to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors using an applied behavior analysis approach. Responsibilities include observing client reactions, implementing goals, and documenting progress.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and display a fun, creative personality with a strong work ethic. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience working with special needs children are preferred.
