2026-2027 Special Education Teacher with the Aurora Program

The special education teacher will lead a self-Contained classroom, focusing on the academic, behavioral, emotional, and social development of k-8 students. Responsibilities include developing ieps, communicating with parents, and collaborating with teammates.

Candidates should believe in the mission of crescent city schools and possess a ba or bs degree along with louisiana teacher certification in special education. Knowledge of social-Emotional and behavioral interventions is preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.
